The Eco-St Low Energy Light Bulb Library is a "briefcase" style device containing 40 of the best low energy light bulbs currently available. It has a variety of manufacturer’s bulbs including dimmable, candle, halogen, golf ball, sensor and standard bulb low energy replacements.
It can be borrowed completely free of charge by businesses, schools and other organisations to find the best low energy replacement for their premises or to promote low energy lighting to employees and the general public.
